Local Processing: STICK uses on-device voice recognition technology (Whisper) to process spell commands. Audio recordings of your voice are processed locally on your hardware. We do not transmit or store raw audio data on our servers.
We use the collected information to: (a) provide and maintain the Service; (b) track global discovery of "Epic" spells; (c) communicate with you regarding updates; and (d) monitor and analyze usage trends to improve the Service.
We do not sell your personal data. We may share information with service providers (such as Supabase for database hosting) who are bound by confidentiality agreements, or when required by law.
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your personal information. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

The Service is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you become aware that a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us.
